Famous for their award-winning ‘Filth’ club nights in Dublin and Cork, the Irish duo Dualtec know a thing or two about house music. Their experience as dj’s has given them the knowledge and confidence to turn to the production side of music. On their debut EP on Deal Records they give us two powerful tech-housers, ‘Shellakah Buki’ and ‘Blackbird’. The chunky groove of ‘Shellakah Buki’ will do its work on the floor, while the synths take care of the rest. Great track to set the mood in the clubs! ‘Blackbird’ is a more four to the floor affair; with an nice housey vocal that brings the vibe. Two great tracks that both bring some oldschool sound while at the same time manage to sound fresh and funky!
