Devoice

The first moment Dave Brinkert and Eelco Wyninga met they knew there was something in the air. It all started as a strong friendship in sharing the same passion for dance music. Eelco already played in some of Holland's biggest venues and Dave was experimenting with music production in his bedroom. Inspired by artists such as Todd Terry, Kevin Saunderson, Dimitri from Amsterdam and Carl Cox, they decided to give it go on the production side of dance music. In 2005 they teamed up in the studio under the name of Devoice and their first release together with vocalist Paul T turned out to be a big success both on a national and international level. With airplay on BBC Radio1 and Radio 538, the track 'Can I Get Some' entered all the major dance charts and appeared on more than thirty compilations all over Europe.

But of course it didn’t stop there! Devoice teamed up with Cloud 9 Dance and in started Kompressor, a label focusing on progressive and tech-house. Thanks to their growing amount of well-received releases, Devoice performed in countries like Greece, Turkey, Spain, Swiss, Tunis and Holland, where they have been playing alongside artists like Sander Kleinenberg, Remy, Lucien Foort, Benny Rodrigues and Erick-E. With some brand new releases coming up, Devoice's future looks bright!
